Protects the side cases against scratching. Material and molded shape ensure effective protection of the cases against superficial damage. The profile of the upper impact strips is designed so that this is the widest part of the case rather than the painted case surface as previously. The TPU plastic used is elastic and flexible but not as soft as rubber (urethane-based thermoplastic). Damage to the paintwork can thus be effectively avoided.
